Vcatch Events

Vcatch Events is located at No 98 C in the Tatabad neighborhood of Coimbatore. Finding us is usually pretty simple since we are located near Gandhipuram and just a short walk from Kongunadu Hospital. Being in the 641012 area means there is constant noise and movement right outside our windows. Our office is the place where we sit down to map out different events and gatherings. Usually, the desks are covered in notebooks, floor plans, and random samples of fabric or decorations. We do not really have a polished way of talking to clients or a corporate script. We just tell people what we can realistically do and then we go out and try our best to make it happen. Coimbatore is a fast-paced city, and Tatabad is right in the middle of all that action. We spend a lot of our time on the phone haggling with suppliers or standing around at event sites making sure the stage is actually level. It is physically demanding work and we often end up quite tired by the end of a long weekend. We have been in this industry for a while now, so we have a good idea of which venues in the city are easy to work with and which ones are a headache. Most of our work comes from word of mouth from people who live nearby. We are just local folks trying to do a solid job for the community.
