It is usually pretty crowded around Cross Cut Road, especially near the GL Complex where we are located at No. 1000B. Parking can be a real headache some mornings, so most of us try to get in early before the Gandhipuram traffic really kicks off. Our space is filled with components, wires, and a few soldering stations that have seen better days. It isn’t the quietest place because of the street noise downstairs, but it feels right for what we do. We spend a lot of time looking at circuit boards and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. It is tedious work sometimes, but it’s what we know. Often, customers just walk in with a piece of hardware and ask if we can take a look. We don’t have a big reception area or a coffee machine for visitors. You just come in, find someone at a bench, and tell them what’s going on. The lighting isn't great in the back corner, so we use desk lamps mostly. We keep a lot of spare parts in plastic bins stacked along the walls. It might look a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we generally know where everything is kept. If something is missing, it’s probably under a pile of manuals on the main table. We just stay busy with the technical stuff and try to keep up with the orders that come through the door.
