Our place is right in the middle of the Market Area on Uppara Street. It’s No. 276/277, near Radha Street, which can be a bit of a maze if you're not used to it. The shop is always a bit noisy because of the traffic outside and the people passing through. We deal with all sorts of craft supplies and handmade bits. It’s not a polished showroom. Most of the time, there are boxes piled up near the entrance and we’re busy unpacking things. We’ve been at this for a long time. People from around here know us as the spot to find things for school projects or local festivals. It’s a tight space, so you have to watch your step. My cousin helps out when it gets really crowded. We don't spend much time on decorations; we'd rather just have the stock ready. It’s practical work. Sometimes the dust from the street gets in, so we’re always wiping down the counters. It’s part of being in this part of town. You get used to the pace. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just show up, look around, and ask for what they need. It’s simple. If we don't have it, we might know who does. That’s just how we run things here near Radha Street. It’s a busy life but it’s what we know. We close up when the sun goes down and start again the next day.
