Venis Kitchen

Venis Kitchen sits right at the Brookefields area on Krishnaswamy Road here in Coimbatore. We occupy spaces 67 and 71, which keeps us pretty busy throughout the day. This part of the city is always moving, with cars and bikes zooming past on the main road constantly. Being near Brookefields means there are always people around, whether they are shopping or just heading to work. Our day starts before the sun is fully up, getting the kitchen ready and making sure we have everything we need for the day's cooking. It is a lot of physical work, lifting heavy bags of rice or crates of vegetables. The kitchen gets hot once all the burners are going, but that is just how it is. We have a few tables for people who want to stop and eat, and it is usually quite a mix of people who drop by. Some are in a real rush and others stay a while. We don't have any fancy signs or big advertisements, just the name on the front. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when several orders come in at once, but we just handle them one by one. The staff here has been around for a while, so we all know what needs to be done without talking about it too much. It is just a local kitchen trying to stay on top of the daily rush in a very busy part of Coimbatore.
