We’ve been at this spot on the fifth floor of Jbm Mansions for a while now. If you know Gandhipuram, you know how busy Sathi Road gets during the day. Our office is right there on the first cross, which is a pretty handy spot for us to be. We aren’t a giant corporation with thousands of employees or anything like that. Instead, we’re just a small group of people who really know our way around technology. Most days, you’ll find us hunched over our screens, trying to figure out some tricky bit of code or fixing a technical issue that popped up overnight. It isn't always glamorous work. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, or the traffic noise from outside gets a bit much, but we don't mind. We just focus on what needs to get done for the day. There’s always a lot of coffee involved and usually some debate about the best way to handle a project. We don’t have fancy lounges or ping-pong tables like those startups you see in the movies. It’s a practical workspace where we keep our heads down and work. Being here in Coimbatore feels right for us because the people are straightforward and so are we. We don't try to use big words to sound important. We just show up every morning, open the laptops, and get to work on whatever the current task is. It's a simple way of doing things, but it works for us.
