Our place is over at 279 Avarampalayam Road in the Sidhahapudar area. We deal with metrology, which is basically just a fancy word for measuring things very accurately. It’s what we do all day. We have various instruments and tools that help people get the exact dimensions they need for their projects. The building we are in is older, but it serves our purposes well enough. It has high ceilings which is nice because it doesn't feel too cramped when we have big items in for testing. Sidhahapudar is a busy part of town, so there is always traffic and noise outside our windows. We’ve gotten used to it over the years. Inside, we try to keep things as still and clean as possible so the measurements stay right. It’s a bit of a contrast to the street outside. We have a small team here, and most of us have been working together for years. We aren't much for fancy meetings or corporate talk. We just show up, do the calibrations, and make sure the paperwork is in order. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a big batch of tools, but that’s just the nature of the business. We take pride in the fact that we can get things done without a lot of fuss. It is just honest work that needs to be done right.
