Trimac Events

Our office is at No 1 in the Vckn Layout, right in Sivananda Colony here in Coimbatore. We are very close to the Sivananda Colony bus stop, which is a good landmark if you are looking for us. Trimac Events is a small operation. We spend our days coordinating various functions and gatherings around the city. The office is a practical space where we keep our files and meet with people to discuss their plans. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of calendars on the walls. Most of the time, we are out at venues checking on things, so the office can be quiet during the day. We’ve been in this part of Coimbatore for some time now and like the community here. There’s a lot of coordination involved in what we do, from talking to vendors to making sure schedules are kept. We don't have a long list of fancy goals; we just aim to get the job done right for whoever hires us. It’s about being reliable and showing up on time. The work can be tiring with the long hours, but we just get on with it. We handle the small stuff so the people hosting the event don't have to worry about it. That's really all there is to our daily routine. We don't have a big marketing budget. We just rely on doing a decent job every time someone asks us to help.
