Total Solution is located at 4/1 in Chandrasekarapuram, which is part of the Selvapuram area. It is a local neighborhood, and we like being part of the community here. Our office is a small place, nothing too grand or impressive. We have got the basics set up so we can focus on what needs to be done each day. It is mostly just desks, a few chairs, and whatever projects we are currently working on at the moment. Selvapuram is a good place to be because it feels like a real neighborhood. We know the people who live around here and the other shop owners on our street. It is not a high-pressure corporate environment at all. We just come in, do our work, and talk to our customers. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing for hours, and other days it is quiet enough to hear the birds in the trees outside. We don't have a big fancy sign or a reception desk. Usually, whoever is closest to the door says hello when someone walks in. We try to be helpful and just give honest answers to whatever questions people have. It is a straightforward way of doing business. The building is a bit older, so we deal with the occasional creaky floorboard, but it is home for us. We have been at this address for a long time.
