Our office is a simple one. It’s not in one of those huge tech parks; it’s just a regular building in a normal neighborhood. We have a few rooms where we sit and handle our day-to-day work. It can get a bit noisy when there’s construction nearby or when the traffic on Church Road picks up, but we’re used to it by now. We don't spend money on expensive decorations or big neon signs. We just have our names on the door and our work on the screens. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we know each other's habits and when someone needs a coffee break. We drink a lot of tea and talk about whatever needs doing for the day. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't have any big speeches to give about what we do or how we do it. We just come in, do the work, and make sure everything is handled for the day. Being in Tamil Nadu, we deal with the heat like everyone else, and we keep the fans going. It’s a decent place to work, and we’re happy to be part of the local community in Kalapatti.
