Talentstech Software Private Limited

Talentstech Software Private Limited is based out of T2 in Weston Park. We are located on 1 Railway Colony First Street, which is just off Nelson Manikkam Road. Being so close to the railway colony means we hear the trains passing by quite often, but you get used to it after a week or so. It’s actually a pretty convenient spot because of the main road nearby. The office is in a residential-style building, so it feels more relaxed than those glass towers in the IT parks. We have a few rooms set up with workstations. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have guests, but we make it work. Most of the guys here are local, so we talk about the local cricket scores or the traffic on Nelson Manikkam Road during our breaks. We don’t do big presentations or have a fancy reception area. If someone visits, they usually just pull up a plastic chair and we talk over the computer screens. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time to do it yet. We spend our days writing code and testing things out. It’s a lot of trial and error. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our software work and go home to our families at the end of the day. It is a simple life for us here.
