Swell Technologies

We are up on the 2nd Floor of the Haritham building. It is part of Ganapathy Gardens, specifically numbers 22-23. Swell Technologies isn't some huge corporate operation. We just have a few rooms filled with computers, monitors, and various bits of hardware. It is usually pretty quiet in here, except for the sound of people typing and the hum of the server in the corner. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure things out. The climb up to the second floor every morning keeps us a bit active. Ganapathy Gardens is a nice enough spot to work. There are some trees around the area which is a nice relief from the concrete. We don’t have any fancy art on the walls or anything like that. It is mostly just whiteboards covered in scribbles and diagrams that only we understand. Sometimes we have food delivered when we are working late on a big project. The cables under the desks are a bit of a mess, but we know where everything goes. Haritham is a sturdy building and we get some good light in the mornings. Most of us have been working together for quite a while now. We don't really do the whole formal office thing. You will mostly see us in jeans and t-shirts. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. The day-to-day is just solving tech problems and writing code. It is not flashy, but it is what we do.
