If you head down Kalapatti Road towards the Civil Aerodrome area, you’ll find us at No.11/4 in Pooja Garden. This is where Swasam Studio Soft (Opc) Private Limited is based. It’s a decent area, quite close to the airport stuff, so you hear the occasional plane. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We do software work, which mostly involves sitting around and typing for hours on end. We aren't trying to be the next big thing; we just want to do our work well and go home. Being in Pooja Garden is nice because it’s a bit quieter than being right in the city center. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other’s habits by now. There’s always someone complaining about the coffee or the air conditioning, but that’s just office life. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look as long as the work gets finished. Kalapatti Road has changed a lot since we first moved in, with more buildings popping up everywhere. We just stay focused on what’s on our desks. It’s a simple setup. We don't use fancy titles or have big meetings that go nowhere. We just talk to each other across the desks and get things sorted. Swasam Studio Soft is just us, trying to navigate the software world from this little corner of the city.
