Supervisor

Our place is over at 11A, Krishnamma Naicker Layout in Varadharajapuram Medu. It’s in the Upplipalayam part of Coimbatore. If you know this area, you know it’s a mix of houses and small workshops. We’ve set up Supervisor here in a simple way. The layout can be a bit confusing for people who haven't visited before, as the streets all look a bit similar. We have a small sign, but it’s nothing too big. The office itself is just a basic room with a couple of tables and a computer that’s a few years old now. Coimbatore is a busy town, and Upplipalayam is no different. There’s always the sound of some machine or vehicle nearby. We don't have air conditioning, just a ceiling fan that works most of the time. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy setup. We just want to get through the work we have to do. Most of our days are spent on the phone or writing things down. We take a break in the afternoon when the sun is at its worst and get a tea from the shop down the road. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have any corporate slogans. We just show up every morning and see what the day brings. It’s a bit cramped in here with all the files, but we make it work.
