Sri Creation

Sri Creation is located right on the ground floor at number 68 on 1st Street in KPN Colony. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads in Valipalayam. Being on the ground floor makes it easy to move things in and out without dealing with stairs. We’ve got our work space set up so there’s room for the machines and the fabric rolls. The light comes in okay through the front windows during the afternoon. Most of the time, the street outside is just neighbors going about their business or the occasional delivery truck trying to turn the corner. We keep a small kettle in the back for making coffee when the weather gets a bit rainy or cold. The floor is concrete, which is easy to sweep at the end of the day. There are always scraps of thread and bits of fabric lying around no matter how much we clean. It feels like a lived-in space because we spend so many hours here. People stop by to ask questions or just to say hello while they’re walking through the colony. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a counter and the back area where the real work happens. It’s been our base for a while now and we’ve gotten to know the rhythm of the street. It’s just how things are here, day in and day out, working on whatever needs doing.
