Our shop is at 195, Anna Nagar, right by the Maharaja Nagar Post. It’s a decent area and we have been here for a good amount of time. People usually come to us when they are finishing up a bathroom or a kitchen and need things to look right. We have different slabs and fixtures around the place. It’s not a huge warehouse, but we fit a lot into the space we have. The morning usually starts with us moving some of the heavier items to the front so people can see them from the street. Being near the post office means there is always a lot of foot traffic passing by. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our customers are just folks from Anna Nagar who are doing some home improvements. We talk to them about what might work for their budget and what won't. Sometimes things get a bit messy when we are cutting or polishing, but we try to keep the front tidy enough for visitors. It is just a few of us working here, so you usually talk to the same person every time you come in. We focus on getting the orders ready and making sure the measurements are what the customer asked for. It is a straightforward way to run a business.
