You can find S.P. International at number 19 on Kongu Nagar 3rd Street Extension. We are right across the road from the post office, which is a big help when we have to mail things out. The street can get pretty crowded during the day with people coming and going from the post office. Our office is a modest space. It’s not very big, and it’s filled with old filing cabinets and stacks of paper that we really should go through one of these days. We deal with international trade, which sounds a lot more impressive than it feels when you’re staring at shipping manifests all afternoon. It’s a lot of back and forth on the phone and checking that the numbers match up. We’ve been in this spot for several years and have gotten to know the other shop owners nearby. We often grab tea from the stall down the street when things get slow. It’s not a fancy corporate environment by any means. We wear comfortable shoes and talk like normal people. No one here uses big industry jargon. We just try to make sure the shipments get to where they’re supposed to go without any major headaches. Sometimes a box gets lost or a form is filled out wrong, and we just have to fix it and move on. That’s just how business goes. We’re just a small local team doing our daily work.
