We are located over at 16/191 in Gandhi Nagar, Madukkarai. It is a decent spot in Coimbatore and we have been here for a good amount of time. Most of our day is spent dealing with systems and various service requests that come in from the local area. It is not a glamorous job at all. We have a lot of tools and various spare parts lying around the shop. Sometimes the floor gets a bit cluttered when we have a lot of work on or when a big shipment of components arrives. We handle whatever technical issues come through the door. People in the neighborhood know us as the place to get things fixed or sorted out without a lot of fuss. We do not have a receptionist or anyone like that. Usually, whoever is free just answers the phone or talks to the people walking in. Coimbatore is a busy place, and Madukkarai has its own steady pace. We try to stick to our schedule, but things often take longer than expected because that is just how technical work goes. We have got a small crew of three people. It is a basic setup with everything we need to do the job. We do not spend money on fancy signs or advertising. We would rather just fix the equipment and get on with it. If you are around Gandhi Nagar, you have probably seen our front door. It is just a regular workshop.
