Our office for Simem Construction & Environmental Engineering Pvt Ltd is located at 130/84, Bharathi Colony, over on 3rd Street in Peelamedu. It’s a decent sized place but it’s usually packed with all sorts of paperwork and big rolls of drawings for various projects. Peelamedu is a busy area, so there is always the sound of traffic and people outside. We aren't the type of people who care about having a polished, shiny office. Most of our desks are covered in files and technical notes. It feels like a real workspace where things actually get done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at computer screens. The sun comes through the front windows in the morning, which makes it bright, but it also gets a bit warm. We’ve been at this Bharathi Colony address for quite some time now. The street can be a bit narrow, especially when there are trucks trying to pass through, but we make it work. It’s just a group of us working on engineering and construction things. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just show up every morning, get our coffee, and start going through the lists. It’s steady work and we like the neighborhood. There are some good tea stalls nearby where we usually go for breaks. It’s just a normal place for us to be every day.
