Ritech Technology is situated at T. S. 42A in the Sidco Kurichi Industrial Estate. If you’ve ever walked around a Sidco estate, you know the vibe—lots of metal workshops, the smell of oil, and the constant sound of machinery. Our place is no different. We have a shop floor where most of the work happens. We deal with various technical parts and components. It’s the kind of work where your hands get dirty and you spend a lot of time standing up. We don’t have a fancy office for visitors. Usually, if someone comes by, we just talk to them right there near the machines. We’ve been here for several years now, and we’ve seen shops next door open and close, but we’ve managed to stay steady. The guys working here know their stuff, even if we don't use big words to describe it. We just look at the drawings, set the machines, and get to work. It gets really hot in the afternoons, but we have a few big fans that help a little. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just want to make parts that work like they are supposed to. It’s a basic, honest way to earn a living in an industrial area. When the whistle blows at the end of the shift, we’re tired, but it’s a good kind of tired.
