Our shop is at No 16 in the Papammal Complex. That is in Lakshmipuram, which is part of Ganapathy in Coimbatore. We are right by the Textool Bridge. It is a landmark everyone knows around here. We do decorations. It involves a lot of fabric, flowers, and lights. The complex is usually busy with people coming and going. We have been working from this location for quite some time now. Most of our work happens at people’s houses or in marriage halls nearby. We load up our stuff into the van and head out. It is a local business through and through. We know the neighbors and the other shop owners in the complex. When there is a festival, we get really busy. Otherwise, it is just regular days of cleaning the decorative items and fixing anything that got broken at the last job. The area near the bridge always has traffic, so we have to plan our trips carefully. We are not doing anything groundbreaking, just providing the setups people need for their celebrations. It is honest work. Sometimes the weather makes it hard, especially the rain, but we manage. If you walk past Papammal Complex, you cannot miss us. We have our materials stacked up sometimes when we are preparing for a big event. It is just a bunch of us working together to get the job done right in the Ganapathy area.
