We are based out on Seerapalayam Road, at 113/2, here in Coimbatore. Surakhsha Transport Systems is a place where we focus on the practical side of moving things around. Coimbatore is a busy city with a lot of manufacturing, so there is always a need for transport. Our facility isn't in the fancy part of town; it's right where the action is on the road. We have a yard for the vehicles and a small office where we manage the schedules. It’s often quite dusty and loud with the traffic, but we don’t mind that. We have a team of people who know their way around engines and logbooks. We don't spend money on expensive furniture or big signs. Most of our resources go into keeping the transport systems running like they should. It’s a straightforward business. We get a call, we figure out the route, and we make sure the transport happens. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the roads difficult, or there’s a delay at a checkpoint, but that’s just life on the road in Tamil Nadu. We’ve been doing this for a while and have seen a lot of changes in the industry, but the basics stay the same. You need good people and reliable equipment. We just show up every morning, check the manifest, and get to work. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest work that keeps us connected to the rest of the country.
