You can find us over on Shetty Street at No - 57. It’s a small office for Kerala Packers And Movers, but it’s where everything happens. Most of the day is spent on the phone or out in the street loading up the trucks. Shetty Street isn't the widest road, so things can get a bit tight when we have a big delivery. We keep all our packing materials stacked up in the corners, so the office always smells a bit like old paper and tape. It’s just a handful of us here, and we’ve known each other for years. We don't have any big corporate signs or fancy uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable for moving heavy stuff around. Sometimes we sit on the steps outside during our breaks just to watch the people go by. It’s a very local feel here. We handle a lot of different items, from small kitchen boxes to big wardrobes. It’s a lot of physical labor, and my back usually aches by Friday, but that’s just how it goes. We don’t try to act like we are some huge company; we are just a local team that knows how to pack a truck. The office gets a bit warm in the afternoons, so we usually have a small fan pointed right at the desk. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while and know everyone.
