We are situated out in Karamadai, specifically in the E B Colony area. Our address is 4/300-5, right off the Mettupalayam Road. It’s a good spot because the road is a main vein through this area, though it can get noisy with all the trucks passing by. The hospital isn't a massive skyscraper. It’s a solid building that fits right into the neighborhood. We’ve got several rooms and the usual stuff you’d expect to find in a medical place. The staff here are mostly locals who’ve lived in Karamadai or nearby for years. We aren't trying to be the most modern place in the world, just a reliable one. Sometimes the power flickers, but the backup generator kicks in. We keep a lot of records on the shelves and the doctors are usually running between rooms. It’s a busy life here. If you come by, you’ll probably see people waiting in the lobby area. We try to keep the water dispenser full and the floor mopped. There’s no corporate polish here, just us doing our jobs. We know most of our regular patients by name. It feels more like a community spot than a big institution. We open the doors early every morning and stay until things are done. There is a small tea stall nearby where we go when we have a spare ten minutes. It’s a simple life and we like it that way.
