Bigmart Imports & Exports

We are located on the 1st Floor of the V T Complex on Sathy Road. The business goes by Bigmart Imports & Exports. It is a busy area, being right there on Sathy Road, so there is always noise from the traffic. Our office is just a regular room where we manage the import and export side of things. It is not very big, but it fits our desks and the paperwork we have to keep. We spend a lot of time on the computer or talking to people about where their goods are. Moving stuff in and out of the country involves a lot of details that we have to keep track of. Being in the V T Complex makes it easy for people to find us. We do not have any fancy carpets or expensive furniture. It is a working office. We get here in the morning and start going through the list of things that need to be cleared or sent. Some days it is imports coming in, other days it is exports going out. It keeps us busy enough. Sathy Road is a good location for this kind of work because everything is accessible. We have been here for a while and the routine is pretty set. We don't talk much about visions or anything; we just focus on the boxes and the bills of lading. It is just how we run things at Bigmart.
