Sathguru Drives And Controls

Our small shop, Sathguru Drives And Controls, is located at 1-A, Nivi Niketan 2nd Street in Bharathi Nagar. We are just a short distance off Kamarajar Road. It has more of a local neighborhood feel than those big industrial parks you see elsewhere. We spend our time working on different types of drives and control systems for various machines. It is a very hands-on kind of place. You will usually see tools scattered around and maybe a motor being taken apart on the main workbench. We are not a giant company with different departments for everything. Usually, the person who picks up the phone is the same person who is going to be helping you with the technical repairs. It makes the whole process much easier for everyone. The office part of the building is small and mostly just for filing. We have cupboards full of old manuals and spare parts that we might need one day. Sometimes the rain makes our street a bit of a mess, but we still make sure to open the doors on time every morning. We know most of the customers who come in by their first names. We do not spend any money on fancy ads or brochures. Most people find us because someone else told them we do good work. It is a simple operation. We like it because we can just focus on fixing things. There is a ceiling fan that makes a bit of noise, and we usually have the radio on.
