Sangam Super Market

Sangam Super Market is situated on Nanjundapuram Road in Podanur. We are at No-54, which is quite close to the Black Marriamman Kovil. People often use the temple as a landmark when they are trying to find us for the first time. Coimbatore is a big place, but this part of Podanur feels more like a community. We have a fair amount of space here, so we try to keep a good variety of items. You can find most of your daily groceries and household things on our shelves. It gets quite busy in the evenings when people are coming home from work. The temple nearby brings a lot of foot traffic, especially on festival days or special occasions. We see a lot of familiar faces every day. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us working to keep things moving. Sometimes the inventory takes a while to count, and you might see us with clipboards walking around the aisles. It is not a perfect system, but we make it work. The road outside can get a bit congested, but there is usually a spot to park a scooter. We like being part of the neighborhood. It’s a regular job for us, and we just try to be helpful when someone asks where the rice or the soap is. Our shutters go up early and come down late every single day.
