The building we’re in is on Perur Road, specifically 158C-1 over in Telungupalayam. It's a busy spot near Anna Road, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. We’ve been operating from here for some time now, focusing on paper products and tissues. It’s the kind of work that doesn't stop because people always need these things. Most of our day is spent handling big rolls of paper and making sure the machines are cutting everything to the right size. Sometimes the dust from the paper gets everywhere, but we just sweep it up and keep going. We don’t have any big flashy signs out front. It’s just us inside, making sure orders get packed into the right boxes for the trucks that pull up outside. The staff here has been together for a while, so we know who likes their tea at what time and which machine is likely to act up if it’s too hot in the afternoon. It can be a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock waiting to go out, but we find a way to navigate around the stacks. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to make sure the stuff we send out is decent and reaches the local shops on time. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy from early morning till the shutters go down for the evening.
