Water Seal Technologies is tucked away in Pateeswarar Park Apartments. We are at L1 on Church Road. It’s a quiet enough spot most days. We focus on sealing and waterproofing. It’s the kind of job where you’re always looking at cracks and leaks. We aren’t a big corporation. It's just a few of us working out of this apartment office. Church Road is a nice area to work in. We spend a lot of time out at different buildings, but this is where we come back to do the planning. Our desks are usually covered in technical notes. We don't have a big fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll just find us working. The Pateeswarar Park complex is easy to find if you know the neighborhood. We’ve been here for some time now. Sealing stuff up sounds simple but it takes a lot of patience. We just take it one job at a time. The office at L1 is small but it suits what we need. We drink a lot of tea while we look over floor plans. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s just silent. We prefer the busy days. Being on Church Road means we can get across town fairly easily. We don't do much advertising; people usually just find us when they have a problem. It's a practical location for us. We've been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. It’s not a flashy lifestyle, but it’s what we do for a living.
