S S P Infotech

We’re located at 18/151B in Subbarayan Nagar, which is right near the Amman Milk Shop. Everyone around here knows the milk shop, so it’s easy to find us. S S P Infotech is basically a small team of us working on computers and software. It’s a modest setup. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of spare monitors lying around. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We spend our days fixing laptops, setting up systems, or helping people with their IT issues. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of patience. Sometimes a problem takes five minutes to fix, and other times we’re scratching our heads for three hours. We don't have a big storefront with flashing lights. It’s just a door and a small sign. People from the neighborhood often drop by with their broken gadgets. We take a look, tell them what’s wrong, and get to work. It’s very direct. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to confuse anyone. If something is broken, we say it’s broken. We usually have some music playing in the background to keep the mood light. It’s a comfortable place to work, and we like being part of the local community here in Subbarayan Nagar. We usually keep the front door propped open a bit to let the breeze in. There’s a shelf full of old software boxes.
