You can find Roots Auto Products Private Limited over at 15/16, Chandra Garden. We’re right on the Kurumbapalayam Main Road in Kalapatti. It's a decent spot, though the road gets pretty dusty when the trucks go by. Most of the guys here live nearby, so we all know the area well. The building itself is pretty basic. We have the floor space for the auto products and a small area where we handle the admin stuff. It isn’t anything you’d see in a magazine, just a practical place to get things done. We spend most of the day dealing with shipments and checking on the stock. Sometimes a customer will drive over because they need something right away, and we have to go digging through the back to find it. It can get a bit disorganized during the busy weeks, but we always manage to keep track of what’s going where. We’ve been in Kalapatti for a bit now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. There are more shops opening up down the road lately. Inside the office, it's mostly just the sound of the fans and someone talking on the phone with a supplier. We don't do much in the way of big events. We just show up, do the work, and head home. It's a living. We try to be straightforward with anyone who walks through the door and we don't worry about being fancy.
