Our place is located at D46 in Sakarai Chettiar Nagar, which is part of the Neelikonam Palayam area in Coimbatore. The postcode is 641033 if you’re looking it up on a map. It’s a bit away from the main city center noise, which is helpful because there is a lot of focused work happening here. We have rows of computers and people with headsets on, mostly doing data work or technical stuff that requires a lot of concentration. The building isn't anything special, just a solid place where we can get our tasks done. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to rely on the backup, which is just part of living and working in this part of the country. We have a small break area where people sit and eat their lunch brought from home. You can hear the hum of the air conditioning and the clicking of keyboards pretty much all day long. The staff is a mix of younger people and some who have been here since the start. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy stuff about us, so it’s just me writing this. We handle the technical side of things for other companies and try to make sure we don't make mistakes. It’s a lot of screen time and checking details over and over. We just focus on getting through the queue of work and making sure everything is uploaded by the end of the shift.
