We are located at 179 Kamaraj Road in Coimbatore, right across from the old Karthikeya Mills. It’s a very industrial part of town, near the ESI hospital. Our office for Rnd Softech Pvt Ltd isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s a functional space where we do a lot of software and data work. The street outside is always noisy with buses and trucks going to the mills. Inside, it’s a bit quieter, but there’s always the sound of typing and people talking over their desks. We have a mix of old and new computers. The floor is a bit scuffed from all the feet moving around. We don't have a big HR department or a fancy canteen. We just bring our lunch from home and eat together. Sometimes we go out to the local tea shop for a break. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now. We don't use any complicated language to describe what we do. We just take on the work that comes our way and try to get it done on time. It’s a straightforward business. Coimbatore is a hard-working city, and we think our office fits that mood perfectly. We don't have any slogans on the walls. Just some calendars and maybe a few photos of our families. It’s just a normal place where people come to work every day.
