We have a small room where we sit down and plan out events for people who walk in. It’s not a big fancy office with a reception desk. It’s just a place with a couple of tables and a lot of folders. We’ve been in this part of Coimbatore, pin code 641006, for a while. Being near the bakery means there’s always people walking by, so we get to talk to a lot of neighbors. We handle all sorts of small gatherings and local events. We don't use any big words or complicated processes. We just listen to what people want and try to get it done with the resources we have.
