Ram Hospital

You can find Ram Hospital at 82 Murugampalayam Road, just off the busy Avinashi Road. It’s a good location, though the traffic on Avinashi Road can be quite a mess during the rush hours. The building is a bit of a mix of different sections that we’ve added over the years. The lobby is a bit narrow and we have some old plastic chairs for people to sit in while they wait. There are usually some old magazines on a table, though most people just look at their phones now. The curtains in the examination rooms are a plain green and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint in some spots. We have a small group of people working here, and most of us have lived in the area for a long time. We know the local shopkeepers and the families who live down Murugampalayam Road. It feels more like a community place than a big corporate hospital. We don’t have a website or a fancy logo; we just have our sign out front. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use the old generator out back, which is pretty noisy. But we make it work. We just take care of the daily tasks and try to be there for our neighbors when they aren't feeling well. It is an honest, straightforward place and we don’t try to pretend to be anything more than that. We just do our work here on Avinashi Road.
