Rajendra Stores

Rajendra Stores is located on Kattabomman Street, right near the Ganapathy Bus Stand. Being so close to the bus stand means there is never a dull moment. You always hear the conductors shouting and the engines idling. Our shop at number 44 is a place where many locals stop by on their way home. We keep a variety of items on the shelves, and we are constantly reorganizing to make space for more. It’s a typical neighborhood store where the floor might be a bit dusty and the light isn't the brightest, but it works for us. We know the people who live on Kattabomman Street well. We see them in the mornings when they get their milk and again in the evenings for other bits and pieces. There’s no fancy management here, just us doing the daily chores. The shelves are packed tight, and sometimes it’s hard to find things if you aren’t used to the layout. We don’t really have a big sign or anything flashy. People in Ganapathy know where we are. Dealing with suppliers and checking the inventory takes up most of our time between customers. It can be tiring standing all day, but it’s part of the job. We just try to stay stocked with what the neighborhood needs. It is a humble existence, and we are quite content with the way things are running in our little corner of Coimbatore, serving the people who pass by.
