Qube Innovative Career Developers is located right in the heart of Gandhipuram on Cross Cut Road. We are on the first floor of the Ss Complex at No 392 B. If you’re looking for us, we’re directly opposite the Tanishq Jewellery showroom. This is one of the busiest streets in Coimbatore, so there is always a lot of energy and noise outside. We work on career development, helping people figure out their next steps or gain new skills. Our office is a straightforward setup with some computers and a meeting area. It’s not a very big space, but we make the most of it. We spend a lot of time talking to young people about their jobs and what they want to do. The atmosphere is usually quite casual. We don't wear suits or anything like that. There’s often a lot of paperwork to deal with, and the phone rings quite a bit. Because we are on Cross Cut Road, it’s easy for people to drop in while they are out shopping or doing errands. We see all kinds of people coming through the door. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when several people arrive at the same time, but we just pull up an extra chair and make it work. It’s a very practical, everyday kind of place. We just focus on the task at hand and try to give everyone the attention they need. We’ve been at this for a while now.
