Angel College

If you head down Dharapuram Main Road in Tiruppur, you will find Angel College right in Angel Nagar at P.K. Palayam. It is quite a stretch from the main city center of Coimbatore, which means it’s a bit more peaceful out here. We have a fair amount of space on the campus. Most of the people working here are from the nearby villages and towns. We deal with a lot of students who are looking to get a degree so they can find good jobs in the textile industry or maybe move further away. The weather can get quite hot in this part of Tamil Nadu, so we appreciate the trees we have on the property. We aren't a corporate institution with polished marble floors. It’s more of a functional place. You might see some construction happening now and then as we fix a roof or paint a wall. The office is usually busy with paperwork, and we try to help students figure out their schedules without making it too complicated. Lunchtime is when the place really wakes up with everyone sitting around and eating. It’s a straightforward environment. We don't promise anything except a place to sit and learn from the books. People around here know us as a steady part of the local community. It’s just a regular college trying to do right by the students who choose to come here.
