We’ve got our setup here on Senguptha Street in the Ramnagar area, spread across numbers 115, 116, and 117. If you know the neighborhood, you’ve probably seen our vans moving around. We aren't exactly a new business; we've been supplying hospitals around here for a long time. The building itself is mostly used for storage and a bit of office work. It can get pretty noisy when we're loading up trucks early in the morning. We handle all the practical things that hospitals need but usually don't think about until they run out. It's a lot of heavy lifting and moving pallets around. Our office is tucked in one corner of the building, and it’s usually covered in paperwork and order forms. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate logos on every wall. We’re just a group of people working to make sure supplies get where they need to go. Sometimes an order gets delayed or a shipment doesn’t show up on time, and we have to scramble to fix it. That's just how the supply business works. We know the streets of Ramnagar well, and we’ve built some good relationships with the local clinics over the years. It’s honest work, and it keeps us on our toes. We don’t do much advertising; our reputation among the hospitals is what keeps us going. We just show up every day, count the stock, and fill the orders as they come in.
