Professional Event Makers

Professional Event Makers is our small business here in Coimbatore. We operate out of 14-A in the Kondasamy Layout, which is in the Ammankulam area of Ramanathapuram. It’s a relatively quiet spot compared to the main roads, which we actually prefer for getting our planning done. We handle a lot of the heavy lifting that comes with putting events together. That means we have a lot of gear moving in and out, and there’s usually a list of things to do pinned to the wall. It is not a corporate setting by any means. It’s more like a workshop where we figure out how to make things work. We’ve lived and worked in Coimbatore for a long time, so we know how things go around here. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate or a vendor is late, and we just have to deal with it. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure the chairs are there, the lights work, and the schedule is followed. It’s a lot of physical work and a lot of phone calls. Most of the time, we are out at sites rather than sitting in the office. When we are at the layout, we're usually just catching up on the paperwork side of things. It’s an honest living and it keeps us on our toes. We just try to stay organized enough to keep things moving.
