The building itself is sturdy and has been here for a while. It’s got that look of a place where things actually get made or handled. India is growing, and you can see it in Coimbatore with all the new shops, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. We have a regular routine. We show up, the gate opens, and the day starts. There’s no polished corporate vibe here. We wear regular clothes and talk like normal people. The office has the usual stuff like desks and some old filing cabinets that have been around since we started. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we spend a lot of time cleaning up. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy front. We just do what we need to do. Pricol has a history in this town, and being in Palayam is part of that. It’s a loud, busy, and hardworking part of India, and we are just glad to be a small piece of it every day.
