We are based out here in the 641 668 zip code area. It’s a bit outside the main city center, which means it’s a bit quieter than the middle of Coimbatore. Most of the people who work here come from the nearby villages. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time now. The building is old but sturdy, and it keeps the rain out during the monsoon. We don’t have any fancy signage or bright lights. Just a door and some windows. Inside, it’s mostly just us working at our stations. We have a small area where we eat lunch together. Someone usually brings in some homemade pickle or extra sambar to share. It makes the day go by a bit faster. We aren't big on meetings or long speeches. We just know what needs to be done and we get to it. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we spend a bit of time cleaning every morning. It's just part of the routine. The neighborhood is mostly industrial, so there’s always a bit of a hum in the air from the other shops and factories nearby. We fit right in. It’s not the most glamorous place to work, but it’s ours and we take care of it as best we can. We’re just local folks working hard every day. We hope to stay here for a long time to come.
