Pramura Software Pvt.Ltd. is situated at Sreevatsa Square on Mettupalayam Road. We are up on the second floor, specifically at 12A. Thudiyalur is a busy area, and there’s always a lot of movement on the road outside. Our office isn't overly fancy, but it has everything we need to stay productive. We have a few rows of desks and some whiteboards that are usually covered in scribbles and notes. The lighting is a bit bright, but it keeps us awake. We’ve been in this building for quite some time, so we know the security guards and the people in the other offices pretty well. It feels like a little community. We don't have a big HR department or a bunch of managers hovering over us. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. Sometimes we stay a bit late if there’s a lot to finish, but we usually try to get out on time to avoid the worst of the traffic. There’s a small tea shop just down the street that we visit almost every day. It’s a bit of a ritual for us. We don’t really do big presentations or have a glossy company handbook. We just rely on talking to each other and figuring things out as we go. It’s a straightforward way of working that has served us well over the years.
