Powemag Control Systems (P) Ltd. is situated at Sf No. 532 in Nehru Nagar, specifically in the Maniyakaranpalayam area. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you aren't familiar with this part of town, but it’s a good location for what we do. The building is a standard industrial structure, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, we have our control systems laid out on various tables. It’s a lot of wiring and technical stuff that keeps us busy from morning until evening. We have a small team here, and most of us have been working together for quite some time. We don't spend much time on decorations; the walls are mostly covered with charts or tool racks. The lighting is bright because we need to see what we’re doing with all those small components. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just part of life here. We usually have a bit of a laugh during our tea breaks to keep the mood light. It’s a practical place where we focus on getting the systems built right. We don't put on any airs or pretend to be something we’re not. We just like to do a good job and make sure the parts are ready for whoever ordered them. It's a steady rhythm that we’ve grown used to over the years. We keep the place running and the work moving.
