You can find us at 659 in the Central Studio Complex over in Singanallur. We’re right there on Trichy Road, which is always packed with vehicles. We’ve been in the auto industry for a while now. It’s a pretty basic operation. We have a lot of parts and components stacked up on shelves that reach the ceiling. It’s not a fancy showroom with bright lights and fancy carpets. Most of our customers are mechanics or people who know exactly what they need for their trucks or cars. The office is small and usually has a few people standing around waiting for orders or just chatting. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking with suppliers or tracking down parts that are hard to find. My brother and I started this after working in a garage for years. We know the machines inside out. It’s oily and sometimes the floor is a mess of boxes, but we know where everything is. Trichy Road is a loud place to work, but it means there’s always someone stopping by. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people hear about us. We just try to be honest about what we have in stock. If we don't have it, we say so instead of making people wait. It’s a simple way of doing business and it works for us. We’re just regular folks trying to make a living.
