Ponni Hospital

People in Palladam usually know where we are. Ponni Hospital is right on Chettipalayam Road, at No 42/1. It’s a busy spot but we’ve gotten used to the noise from the street over the years. We started this place because people nearby needed a spot to go when they weren't feeling well. We aren't a big fancy city hospital with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a plain building where we do our work every day. Most of us living around here work here too. We see a lot of families from the neighborhood. Some days are slower than others but usually there’s someone waiting in the lobby. We try to keep things organized but sometimes paperwork piles up on the desk. That is just how it goes in a small office. We have the usual rooms for checkups and staying over if needed. The address is easy to remember since it’s right there on the main road. If you're coming from the center of town, you just head down Chettipalayam Road and look for No 42/1. We don’t spend much time on decorations or making things look perfect. We just make sure the floors are swept and the lights are on. It’s just us here doing what we can for the folks in Palladam. We’ve been at this for a while now and we plan to stay right here on this road for a long time.
