We have been operating from this location for several years now. The business is mainly about handling agricultural goods and getting them ready for customers overseas. It’s a lot of practical, everyday work like weighing sacks and checking moisture levels. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It's just a functional space where we keep the records and talk to the transporters. My cousin and I started this after working for a larger company and realizing we could do it on our own. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything. We just want to make sure the produce we send out is decent and that the farmers get paid fairly. The summers here in Shriram Nagar are quite hot, so the office can get a bit stuffy, but we manage. We spend a lot of time on the computer dealing with export permits, which can be a real pain. Sometimes the printer jams right when we are in a hurry, which is just how things go. We don't bother with fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from people we've known for a long time.
