Om Agencies

Om Agencies sits at 5/7 on Rukamani Palayam Middle Street, which is a place most people around here know pretty well. The street is usually busy with people walking by and the occasional bike squeezing through. Our building isn't anything to look at from the outside, just a simple structure that’s been part of this neighborhood for years. We’ve spent many long days inside these walls, managing orders and talking to the people who drop in. The middle street has its own rhythm, with the sounds of the local market nearby and the calls of street vendors. Inside Om Agencies, things are kept practical. We don't have a big reception area or any fancy lights. There are stacks of paperwork and boxes that need to go out, and that’s about it. Some days it gets quite hot, especially in the middle of the afternoon when the air just seems to stand still. We usually have a fan going, and someone is always checking the inventory. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We’ve gotten used to the quirks of the old plumbing and the way the door squeaks when someone comes in. It is just a straightforward place where we do our business without much fuss. We know our neighbors and they know us, and that’s how we like to keep it on Rukamani Palayam Middle Street.
