Olymbus Events

Our office is at No 4B in the R K Complex. We are right in the Lakshmipuram area of Ganapathy in Coimbatore. If you know where the Texttool Bridge is, we are just near that. It’s a busy spot most days. We do event planning and management here. It’s mostly a small group of us working on various projects. Some days the office is really quiet while we catch up on calls. Other days it feels like a total mess with lists and papers everywhere. We don’t have a big corporate setup. It is just a practical place to get things organized. People from around Ganapathy usually stop by to talk about their upcoming parties or weddings. We handle the setups and making sure things show up on time. It is not always easy with the traffic near the bridge, but we manage. We’ve been here for a while and know most of the local suppliers. We aren’t doing anything too flashy, just standard event coordination. We keep our gear stored in a different spot, so this office is mainly for the paperwork and meetings. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on deliveries to make sure everything is okay. We try to be honest with folks about what can be done. It is hard work and the hours can be long, but we just keep at it every day. That is pretty much how we operate around here in the complex.
