O K Exports is over at 68-C, Bharathi Partk, specifically on the 7th Cross. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s quieter than the main roads. We have a small office here where we handle all our export business. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We’ve been at this location for a few years now after moving from a smaller spot. The 7th Cross is easy enough to find if you know Bharathi Park. We deal with various goods, mostly shipping things overseas for our clients. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails to different time zones. Sometimes I’m here late at night because of the time difference with the US or Europe. We don't have many employees, just a tight-knit group that knows how to get things done. There’s a small park nearby where we sometimes eat lunch. We don't have any flashy signs or big advertisements. Most people find us through word of mouth. It’s a steady business. We focus on making sure the containers are packed right and the customs forms are filled out correctly. It can be a headache when things get stuck at the port, but we’ve learned how to handle it over the years. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent business without any fuss.
