The weather here is usually okay, though it gets dusty sometimes with the wind. We’ve got a small team here, and we all know each other’s habits. We don't have a "company culture" or anything like that; we’re just a group of people working in the same building. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks.
